Jamie Welch · Owner

Jamie still gets on the roof.

He measures it, writes the estimate, orders the material, and works beside the crew. In his words: “I’m not one of those sit-in-the-truck guys.”

Ladders and roofing work at a two-story home

How he works

No sales team. No runaround.

Jamie has been roofing for about 15 years and running Miss-Lou Roofing on his own for the last several. When you call, you are dealing with the man whose name is tied to the work.

He works on everything from a $5,000 trailer to a million-dollar home. He grew up without much, and he means it when he says those are still his people. A small job is still somebody’s home.

He measuresJamie comes out with a tape measure and looks at the roof himself.
He estimatesHe writes the estimate and tells you what he thinks the roof needs.
He shows upHe orders material, packs shingles, and still works with the crew.
10%

Giving back

10% off for churches and veterans.

Jamie is a preacher and believes in tithing. Discounting church roofs is one way he gives back. Veterans receive the same 10% discount.

What you can expect

A straight answer and work he can stand behind.

You will not get a memorized sales pitch. Jamie will look at the roof, explain what he sees, and give you an estimate for the work.

Shingle, metal, and labor warranties are available when they apply. If a claim is involved, Miss-Lou Roofing can document the roof and estimate the work. The insurance company, FEMA, or warranty company decides what it covers.
