Are estimates free?
Yes. Call or send the address and a few details about the roof.
Do you handle emergency roof problems?
Yes. If the roof is open or water is coming in, call (601) 807-9279. Stay away from power lines, damaged trees, wet electrical areas, sagging ceilings, and unsafe roof access.
What kinds of roofs do you work on?
Shingles, metal, flat roofs, trailers, houses, additions, new builds, repairs, and full replacements. Large or small, we do them all.
Do you offer warranties?
Shingle, metal, and labor warranties are available when they apply. Jamie will explain what comes with your job.
Can you help with an insurance, FEMA, or home-warranty claim?
We can inspect the roof, take photos, write an estimate, tarp an opening, and complete approved work. The insurance company, FEMA, or warranty company decides what it covers.
Is there a discount for churches or veterans?
Yes. Churches and veterans receive 10% off. Mention it when you ask for the estimate.
Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?
Maybe either one. Jamie needs to look at the damage and the rest of the roof before giving you a straight answer.
Do you work in Mississippi and Louisiana?
Yes. Miss-Lou Roofing is based in Natchez and works across both states. Call with the property address to confirm scheduling.
